The Kingdom of Artemisia
Origins
Artemisia became a principality of the Kingdom of Atenveldt on July 16th, A.S. XXIII (1988) during the reign of King Brion IV and Queen Anna III.
Artemisia's first coronet tournament was held on May 5th, A.S. XXIII (1988) in One thousand eyes. Thorfinn the Just won the coronet, with Sarah Thomasyn as his consort. The Investiture was held on July 16th, A.S. XXIII (1988) in Loch Salann.
The first crown tournament in the principality of Artemisia was held on May 12th, A.S. XXXII (1997) in One Thousand Eyes. Thorfinn the Just won the crown tournament, with Sarah Thomasyn as his consort. The coronation was held on July 7th, A.S. XXXII (1997) in Loch Salann, making Artemisia the fourteenth kingdom in the Known World.
Geography
The Kingdom of Artemisia consists of Utah, Montana, southern Idaho and the parts of Colorado and Wyoming that are west of the Continental Divide.
