The Kingdom of Lochac

Origins

Lochac became a principality of the Kingdom of the West on July 11th, A.S. XXII (1987) during the reign of King Jade I and Queen Anastacia I.

Lochac's first coronet tournament was held on April 18th, A.S. XXI (1987) in Rowany. Reynardine de Clifford won the coronet, with Eleanor Lyttellhayles as his consort. The Investiture was held on July 11th, A.S. XXII (1987) in Politarchopolis.

The first crown tournament in the principality of Lochac was held on March 30th, A.S. XXXVI (2002) in Rowany. Alfar of Attica won the crown tournament, with Elspeth Turberville as his consort. The coronation was held on July 6th, A.S. XXXVII (1998) in Politarchopolis, making Lochac the seventeenth kingdom in the Known World.

Geography

The Kingdom of Lochac is comprised of Australia, New Zealand and their Antarctic territories. (Although the Kingdom of Trimaris issued a claim to the lands of Antarctica, The BoD found Lochac's claim to Antartica to predate and therefor be superior to the Kingdom of Trimaris' claim. Locach's Baronry of Ynys Fawr includes the postcode that encompasses much of Antarctica, and the remaining portions are included in the lands of the Barony of Southron Gaard.)
